Larsa Property Styling Service - Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all agreements between Larsa Property Styling Service and the
client. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms:
1. SERVICES
We provide property styling and staging services, including the rental of furniture and décor. All
services are subject to availability and specific agreements outlined in your service contract
2. PAYMENT TERMS
– A 50% deposit of the total service fee is required upfront upon booking. This secures your booking
date and initiates the styling process.
– The remaining 50% of the payment must be made no later than four (4) days before the scheduled installation date.
– If the full payment is not received within this timeframe, no furniture or décor will be installed, and no refunds will be issued for the deposit

3. RETURN OF GOODS BEFORE RENTAL PERIOD ENDS
– If you wish to return the rented goods before the end of the agreed rental period, you may do so
provided you pay an amount equal to three (3) months of the rental rate or the amount payable for
the remainder of the rental period, whichever is less.
– The cost of returning the rental goods is at your sole expense, and the goods must be returned in good condition.

4. CLEANING FEE :
If the rented goods are returned in an unclean condition, a cleaning fee will be
charged.
5. CARE OF GOODS AND LIABILITY
– You are responsible for keeping all rented goods in good condition during the rental period. Any
damage to the goods beyond fair wear and tear will result in additional charges.
– In the event that the goods are lost, stolen, or destroyed, you will be liable to pay for the replacement of the goods at their retail value at the time of the rental

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
– You are responsible for ensuring that the property is ready for installation, including providing
access and ensuring the property is clean and free of any hazards.
– Any changes to the scheduled installation must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

7. CHANGE OF ADDRESS.
The Client shall not move or allow to be moved the goods from the place of delivery or installation as
set out, without the permission in writing to Larsa but such permission shall not unreasonably be
withheld.
8. LIABILITY
– Larsa Styling Property Service is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by
circumstances beyond our control.
